Francisco founded Frann Construction in 2021 with a vision of building a company founded on integrity, quality, and exceptional service. He assisted in assembling a highly experienced team dedicated to delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations, positioning Frann Construction for continued growth within the industry.

A highly accomplished property and project manager with a distinguished track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. With over 25 years of astute experience, Michael consistently showcases his ability to spearhead projects to completion within the prescribed scope, budget, and timeframe. His background includes over $100MM in asset accountability with a track record of double-digit revenue growth, and his renowned leadership combined with persuasive communication skills ensure unequivocal project success. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Florida State University and is committed to staying in the forefront of the latest project management methodologies.

Joe Griffin is an experienced construction estimator with over a decade of expertise across precast concrete, civil construction, environmental services, and specialty scopes. He currently serves as an Estimator at Frann Construction, a role he has held since January 2025, where he supports accurate budgeting, bid preparation, and project planning.

Dedicated and results-driven professional with over 20 years in Project Management and over five years in Operations. She is accomplished in successfully leading and executing complex projects and has consistently demonstrated her ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. As an Operations leader, Danielle is renowned for her robust leadership, exceptional organizational prowess, and adept communication skills. She has played a pivotal role in driving the success of increasing company revenue while managing cross-functional teams. Danielle holds a bachelor’s in finance and real estate from the University of Central Florida, and she stays updated with the latest project management methodologies and best practices to ensure excellence in all delivery areas.

Vincent Edmands, General Superintendent, brings over three decades of commercial construction experience to Frann Construction. In his role since May 2025, Vincent provides oversight of field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards.
His extensive field knowledge, combined with a disciplined approach to planning and execution, makes Vincent a valuable leader in delivering Frann Construction projects on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Curtis Hostetler, Mechanical Drafter and Designer with expertise in structural and mechanical design, 2D/3D modeling, and fabrication detailing. Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Off Screen Takeoff and SolidWorks. With Frann Construction since May 2025, supporting efficient, buildable project solutions, and Estimating.
